Wayne and Ione

Rayleen found this picture at Heather's house one day. We have no idea how it got there. Who knows where the picture was taken? Could it have been at the Town Hall? Was it Wayne and Ione's 10th anniversary or were they celebrating someone elses?
If someone in the family wants the photo, I have it at my house now! Pam

Well I beleive it's their 10th Anniversary and it is at the Town Hall. There's another picture of me standing on a chair and Dad playing the accordian, but since I was only 1 year old, I really don't remember. And Pam, I'd love to have the picture, I'll come and pick it up some day. Debra
